Shipping & delivery.

Every plant is hand-packed in our San Francisco greenhouse and shipped via UPS or USPS Priority within 1–3 business days of your order.

We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit. Orders placed later in the week ship the following Monday.

If your plant doesn't arrive thriving, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement. No questions asked.
