We only ship within the USA.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are as stated upon checkout.

Transit time

We ship with UPS 3 Day by default, so packages are typically in transit for 3 days.

Shipping timing

Every plant is hand-packed in our San Jose warehouse and shipped via UPS or USPS Priority within 1–5 business days of your order.

We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid delays over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week ship the following Monday.

If your plant doesn't arrive thriving, send a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement. No questions asked.
